On each event page you’ll find the link to buy tickets online.

Yes, subject to availability, on the day of the event tickets can also be purchased at the ChorusLife Arena box office.

Some events offer group ticket sales. You’ll find all the information on the event page.

Please do NOT purchase your ticket independently, but follow the specific booking procedures indicated in the section of the event of interest. If the Applicant purchases the ticket independently, access to the event in the chosen seat is not guaranteed, except for possible relocation to seats dedicated to people with disabilities and impaired mobility. If reserved seats are sold out, the amount already paid cannot be refunded.

Yes, a person with a disability (the Applicant) is entitled to the lowest ticket rate, while the Companion is admitted free of charge.

ChorusLife Arena provides dedicated seats for people with 100% disability requiring continuous assistance and/or for people with impaired mobility together with one adult companion. These seats, available in limited number, are located in a dedicated sector behind the last row of the stands. This area guarantees safety and ease of access and is designed to meet the circulation needs of wheelchairs and people with limited or impaired mobility. Please note that a transparent glass safety barrier is installed in front of the dedicated sector. This transparent glass safety barrier acts as protection for all sectors of ChorusLife Arena, where necessary.

One companion is admitted free of charge alongside a person with a disability.

Temporarily injured spectators who need crutches or other walking aids are invited to contact us promptly using this form, so they can receive appropriate assistance and relocation to the dedicated sector for people with disabilities and impaired mobility. In the absence of availability, refund of the purchased ticket cannot be guaranteed.

Complaints related to the seat or any other complaint related to the event cannot be considered and do not entitle the spectator to any refund/indemnity/damages if they are raised after the event by the spectator who attended it. Furthermore, any complaint/request related to the event will be examined and addressed by the organiser only after verification of the regularity of the ticket purchased for the event subject to the complaint/request, which the spectator must submit. The spectator is required to report to the staff appointed by the organiser any reasons for complaint regarding the seat purchased, strictly before the start time of the event.

The spectator must occupy the seat expressly indicated on the ticket; however, the organiser may, at their own discretion, consider seat change requests under the following conditions:
i) actual possibility of relocating the spectator (there must be free seats in the venue);
ii) the seat change request must be based on serious reasons, reported to the organiser, who will assess them at their own unquestionable judgement;
iii) the seat change request, motivated as above, must reach the organiser (by addressing the staff present in the venue, the central box office and/or, if present, the InfoPoint), strictly before the start time of the event.

If the seat change request is not granted, when the event has been attended anyway, the spectator is not entitled to a refund of the ticket price or any other amount as compensation or indemnity.

Failure to promptly report to the organiser issues related to the seat position (e.g. poor visibility due to obstacles) with a request for relocation, when the event has been attended anyway, constitutes grounds for refusing the spectator any refund of the ticket price or any other request made for compensation or any other title.

In any case, 15 days after the date of the event, any complaint or compensation/indemnity request related to the event is precluded to the spectator.

Refund requests or requests related to shipments, orders and related reversals must be addressed to the points of sale or to the call center of the relevant sales circuit.
